Enquiry forms on this site send your details to our form inbox service, which emails them to XD Readers Limited so we can reply. Processors may also include: hosting provider, card payment provider, WhatsApp/Meta (if you message us), Google (analytics/ads if consented), Meta (pixel if consented). We do not sell your data.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months after last contact unless a longer period is needed for contracts, tax or disputes. You may ask us to delete earlier where legally allowed.
