Quotes & packages
Package prices on this website are indicative and stated in GBP. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT if VAT applies. A written proposal confirms the final scope and price.
Payment
Website projects typically require 50% deposit to start and 50% before launch/handover, payable by card or other agreed method. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Work may pause if invoices are overdue.
Free audit & free mockup
Free offers are discretionary, limited in capacity (mockups capped monthly), and create no obligation to buy. Concepts remain illustrative until a paid project is agreed. You may keep the delivered free mockup files for evaluation.
Client responsibilities
You supply accurate content, logos and access needed to deliver. Delays in feedback may extend timelines.
Ownership
On full payment for a project, you own the unique website files and brand assets created for that project (excluding third-party stock, fonts under their licences, and our pre-existing tools/templates).
No ranking guarantees
We do not guarantee search engine rankings, ad performance, or a fixed number of leads. Advertising media spend is paid by you to Google/Meta unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service in the 3 months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
