These terms govern use of xdreaders.com and enquiries to XD READERS LIMITED (14440973).
Services
Lead generation, website development, consulting, and Writing Studio services are provided under separate quotes, invoices, or statements of work. Website package prices are indicative starting points.
Writing & formal documents
We provide professional drafting and editorial services. We do not provide regulated legal advice, immigration advice, or act as solicitors. Clients remain responsible for accuracy of facts supplied and for obtaining independent legal review where required.
Payments
Fees may be collected via Stripe or agreed invoice. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive agreed usage rights to deliverables. We retain the right to display anonymised work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement.
